Overall features and benefits of these easy to fit white PVC curtain tracks
- All track profiles are extruded from virgin Rigid PVC.
This material combines excellent functional, load and bend characteristics. Can be bent by hand
- All basic components are Injection Moulded from virgin Nylon 66 with pre-mixed white pigment. This material offers excellent strength/load characteristics.
- Most Nylon 66 components are ‘Boiled’ to increase the level of moisture within the moulding. This increases the life of the product.
Deluxe (Uncorded) White Plastic Curtain Track
- Heavy duty flexible PVC extrusion suitable for bay windows
- Can be corded on straight runs
- Can be easily cut down to size or joined for longer lengths
- Suitable for light to heavy weight curtains
- Uses ‘rear hung’ gliders. This gives the track a neat, compact look.
- Gliders can be clipped in and out easily at any point along the track.
- Fixing brackets use ‘Lever Lock’ system
- Brackets can be wall and ceiling mounted
Superluxe (Corded) White Plastic Curtain Track
Same benefits as the Deluxe plus -
- Corded to reduce curtain handling, which can result in expensive cleaning bills.
- Silicone is added to the glider channel to reduce the friction and assist the smooth running of the system.
- Reversible Overlap/Underlap facility to assist light control.
- ‘Floating Carrier’ can be removed to offer ‘one way draw’ option (on tracks up to 275cm only)
- Cord pull can be easily changed to opposite end (on tracks up to 275cm only). This overcomes any obstruction issues, which could interfere with the operation.
- Contains a ‘Cord Tensioner’ which keeps the cord under control within the profile, i.e. - reduces the risk of twisting, ‘Bounce’ which results in the cord falling from the rear of the track when the curtains are in the open position.
Sologlyde (Uncorded) White Plastic Curtain Track
- Flexible PVC extrusion suitable for bay windows
- Can be corded on straight runs
- Can be easily cut down to size or joined for longer lengths.
- Suitable for light to medium weight curtains
- Uses ‘Overhung’ Gliders - these can be easily added or removed at any point along the track.
- Gliders have a layering facility - Front hook can be used for a curtain only and the eyelet can be used for a separate curtain lining. This allows the customer to clean both separately.
- Fixing brackets use the ‘Lever Lock’ system.
- Brackets can be wall and ceiling mounted. Ceiling mounted brackets can provide better light control.
